Eligibility Criteria for Membership: To be considered for membership in ASRRA, applicants must be an Indian citizen or a resident of India. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to ASRRA’s mission of social welfare, education, and community development. Applicant must have no criminal record or pending cases that may affect the reputation or functioning of the Trust. Applicants shall be bound by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct prescribed by ASRRA, and must acknowledge their commitment to uphold them throughout their association.
Membership Agreement: By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following terms:
Code of Conduct: Uphold the values and objectives of ASRRA in all personal and professional engagements. Maintain integrity, transparency, and respect in interactions with fellow members and beneficiaries. Avoid any activity that may bring disrepute to ASRRA or conflict with its mission.
Participation & Contribution: Actively participate in ASRRA’s programs, meetings, and initiatives. Contribute time, skills, or resources as per capacity and availability. Support the Trust’s outreach and awareness efforts in local communities.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality of internal communications, member data, and sensitive information. Refrain from unauthorized sharing or use of ASRRA’s intellectual property, documents, or branding.
Termination of Membership: Membership may be revoked in the event of misconduct, violation of Trust policies, or prolonged inactivity. ASRRA reserves the right to review and terminate membership at its discretion, with prior notice.
Legal Compliance: Members shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India. ASRRA operates under the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities and adheres to the Trust Act and other statutory provisions.
